The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Central stated that these pubs were found open until 1:30 am, exceeding the permitted closing time of 1 am. This action was taken following multiple complaints about loud music being played late at night. One8 Commune, located near M Chinnaswamy Stadium, was among those booked for these violations. The Bengaluru branch, launched in December 2023, is part of a chain with locations in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata.
